Dr. Christine Cannon receives Estrella Award

Dr. Christine Cannon from the Arsht-Cannon Fund received the Estrella Award for her contributions to the local Hispanic community at the 2016 Delaware Hispanic Awards on April 1st at The Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware.
