National Council of La Raza

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S., work to improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans. Founded in 1968, NCLR accomplishes its mission of applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy by working through its network of affiliated organizations. It provides a Latino perspective in assets/investments, civil rights/immigration, education, employment and economic status. The Executive Director of the Arsht-Cannon Fund is a Board Member of NCLR.
