  • The Rodel Foundation of Delaware

    Research and program support in social-emotional learning with recognition of factors affecting Latino students. Development of five English Learner (EL) Fact Sheets to inform public about ELs, and educational risks and disparities, and to advocate for Delaware state government K-12 funding.
